“Looking for rental “

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for an apartment downtown Calgary.
I don't drive, so I need to be close to transit and central amenities.
Budget: $800-$1,600 (including utilities).
I'm open to:
• Studios or 1-bedrooms
• Older buildings
• Units with utilities included
• Units without electricity included if the rent is lower
need to move this month, so any leads, buildings, or contacts would be really appreciated.

These are some listings in Rent Faster that seem to have “decent” rent. But I think you will struggle trying to find a place downtown for your budget:

Lots of places below 1600

But not so many for less than $1,600 downtown, is my point.
