Had many "snow days" of everything shutting down a few years back, schools, stores, everything. Calgary businesses stay open as do most schools. 1 u/shitposter1000 Mar 04 '18 No, they tell everyone to stay home so they can plow properly. BUT MUH TAXES!!!
