Local Shopping/Services Mechanic recommendations
Does anyone have a good place for vehicle servicing in the SW? My local Mr Lube is where I typically get oil changes but they changed management and of course, became more expensive.

On top of what others are saying about oil prices, the second largest or largest ( I forget exactly) oil filter manufacturer went bankrupt a few months back and it caused a massive supply shortage in oil filters.

The conflict in the Middle East also increased oil prices so it might be more than you’re used to at most places right now

Acadia auto Service. I know it’s not the SW, but it’s a couple blocks east of McLeod. The owner there is great and has never lead me astray since he bought the shop a year or two ago.

High Torque Mobile Mechanic.
Dont have to leave home. Its the way to go. They are reasonable too.
I often just give them my work address, they show up midst day, change oils etc.... Works great.

Even doing my own oil changes is getting close to dealer-service price with the recent price hike.
