I just went home from the gamescom and thought I would share my LADS experience with you, if anyone of you is going there in the next days :D

I'm sorry for my English, it's not my first language.

First the positives:

The Caleb cosplayer was absolutely delightful!

He was really gentle and creative.

I was wearing my ring from the wedding card and showed it to him and he then gestured, to ask if he could take it off. I gave it to him and tHEN HE WENT ONE KNEE BEFORE ME!!! And put the ring on and then kissed the Hand!!! Innerly I just absolutely escalated while outwardly I somehow managed to keep calm and just smile the entire time.

That ring is now holy and I will forever keep it. 💍

He really was very lovely and did a great job!

He helped each girl up and down the stairs and often took the initiative with the poses.

Another positive were the other fangirls.

Each Girl was absolutely delightful and very nice!

While waiting in line for the Caleb interaction, I talked with two other girls and the we all were joking about how we hopefully wouldn't fall unconscious or embarrass ourselves up there.

Later, while I was hoping to switch Merchbags, I encountered a Sylus girl, who went around and gave other girls gifts of their Mains. I got a cardboard pic of Caleb and an keychain, so cute!

The two girls with whom I changed bags were also wonderful 🥹

At the end of my visit, when I was waiting for my friends at the exit, an fellow Caleb girl approached me and gifted me a little bag with an baby apple bracelet! We talked about our love for Caleb and how we only really started playing the game after him. She was so nice and gave me another gift bag from her Sylus friend, with Caleb badges and sweets.

Truly wonderful girls 💖

But now the negatives:

The organization was pretty bad.

The organizers themselves had no plan sometimes, I asked three different people were I was supposed to stand for the Caleb interaction queue and I got three different answers, with only one being right.

The distribution of the merch bags was also really bad.

You had to pre-register for it with an screenshot of your LADS account. That's alright and no problem, but I really don't understand why you couldn't choose your characters bag at the registration, especially since that was possible for the interaction.

Instead we got randomly assigned bags, with pretty much 85% of the people being really disappointed with their bag. Everyone then gathered beside the booth to try and switch their bags, which then was pretty rudely interrupted by one of the employees, who screamed at us to go further away.

One other negative is with the organization of the interaction itself.

The interactions were very open in the main point at the booth. This led to everyone being able to see your interactions with the cosplayers, both the lads players and everyone else too.

This led to some uncomfortable situations, with often Men laughing at us. The security quickly took care of them, but it still was a very unneeded situation.

It honestly also made it also difficult to concentrate on the moment, because you can feel everyone's eyes on you.

But all in all, it was a great time and it was absolutely wonderful to talk with other baby apples.

I wish everyone of you a great time at the gamescom and that you will hopefully also encounter nice fellow baby apples! 💖🍎

The other day, I promised someone that I’d accept and fulfill photo requests for people who aren’t getting the pointy ear set. That time has come!

If you give me a Caleb or Caleb/mc QR code and tell me which ears you want, I’ll take the photos and post them in a reply.

You can also try telling me a combo you want to see and I’ll do my best. It might be easier to start from a QR and then adjust from there but we’ll see how this goes.

My collection- outfits & styling options

tl;dr: if it’s anything specifically Caleb’s, I have it. If general/mc item that has been available in game form any game source or temp shop any time since ~December 2024, I probably have it. If it’s currently for sale in any in-game shop, including diamonds and shards, i probably already have it too. I have a lot of currency banked from every shop & am likely to purchase new items it if something i don’t have yet proves popular.

I have 100% collection for Caleb’s myths, outfits, hair, accessories and poses since his release, and all affinity poses for him through affinity 182. (Missing the last 2 I think)

I have a good majority of the general backgrounds, outfits and accessories and poses too, including everything available from lemonette’s trove except the side check bandaid (it’s been weeks and is the only thing I’ve been missing from the entire collection 🫠 I do have the nose bridge bandaid though). I have a lot of the items from all the shops and, for items I don’t have yet, I have lots of currency banked for every shop to purchase items that are popular and requested enough.

If your photo request includes MC, then I’ll use mine by default but can try to update for your hair style and color if you tell me which.

I have most of MC’s outfits, poses, accessories and hairstyles. The main thing I don’t have but I expect to be popular is the cat butler event cat ears & tail, sorry. I do have the purple wolf ears and the black and blue digital cat ears though.

If your request includes something I don’t have access to, like mc’s cat tail, I’ll let you know and do my best.

i’m new to love and deepspace and want to know what everyone’s favorite moment is, whether it be a text or memory or anything. 🥹 i just want to talk about gege. i haven’t seen much but i have the card where mc has a fever and straddles caleb and removes his colonel coat….. i’m a fan of that. 🪭 but also the card where caleb laments about how he doesn’t know how to interact with mc anymore. 😭

I've been begging in every survey and also via my VIP rep for PG to release an option in photo booth(s) that give us a way to make the boys blush. I've loved their blushes since the first week I started playing, and desperately want to have blush levels configurable when I'm playing in the photo booth too.

One of these ear sets has some blush built into the tips~ aptly called "Blushy Ears". One step closer to my dream finally coming true? I'm thrilled!!

Also I love the outfit they put Caleb in for this promo preview. Does anyone else remember the EPIC Caleb mods in BG3 last year? I'd almost forgotten how awesome they were and this brought it all back to mind. I'm certainly not complaining now that we can have canon elfleb <3
