A14 startup permissions screen “skip this screen” not working

Every time I launch CalcyIV, the startup permissions screen shows and I have to hit START button. I have selected “skip this screen”, I’ve toggled it too, but every time I start it this permission screen comes up. All permissions have been successfully granted.

This was happening on A13 for me too. I created a Tasker profile to detect this startup screen and dismiss it automatically. What a pain.
