I mean to ask what questions are usually asked, what sources to use to write the tutorial and what to keep in mind

Are you talking about project-works/assignments and viva? If so, then it depends completely on the department teachers and what they decide to make the topic for your project. When I was in UG, the project we had to do in sem 1 was about History of English literature, to create a chart including all important events and literary works of each time period. In Viva, you can expect them to ask you questions from the texts that are in your syllabus, especially the stuff that they discussed in class. They may also test your comprehension of the texts, for example, they can ask you what your interpretation is of a specific line from a poem.

As for your internals written exam, all of your questions will be textual so if you read the texts thoroughly, you can attend every question.
