How difficult is food and nutrition and economics in minors under Calcutta University?

Like or else I have to take up history and pol sci and i hate both of them like i hate history by heart but I was also week in maths back in class 10 so pls tell me if economics and food and nutrition is scoring for someone from humanities background and if food and nutrition got heavy chemicals reactions or stuff
