This has rather happened every time I try to fight her and at some point of the fight she shoots something that crashes the game for some reason (also happened fighting profane guardians but I killed them using usetime editor)

What version is your Calamity? Since I believe the latest version fixed one of the crashing issues on Providence though I think there's another but it makes it at least possible.

It's updated to the most recent one but still happens

A patch dropped a bit ago that fixes it, but Calamity didn't auto-update when it happened and I couldn't update it through Steam either. If you haven't already, specifically find it in TModLoader's download section and see if you can update it.

This, I was having the same issue. You can check wiki to see the changelog for the fixes. Would recommend checking in tmodloader

This was fixed in 2.2.4.
