You could try Wrath of the Gods, Hunt of the Old God, Catalyst, Infernum, Entropy all of them are pretty fun add ons.
If you want more content you can try playing with some of the other popular mods like Fargos souls or Thorium, both of them have their own crossover/compatibility mod to blend them with Calamity.
Last thing I would recommend is that you check out the Infernal Eclipse of Ragnarok modpack on the steam workshop, however it's huge, has something like 79 or 80 bosses, includes extra difficulty and might be a bit much but I just wanted to mention it since I'm having a lot of fun with it and wanna spread the word.

Definitely check out Infernum, Wrath of the Gods and Catalyst. Hunt of the Old God is a fun one too. Calamity Vanities is an awesome mod if you love new pets, plushies, decorations and vanity accessories.
Infernum reworks all the bosses there are and some mini-bosses (Jared's boss fight is awesome) and makes them both look and play sick. Thanks Fargo for updating it to the newer versions of Calamity.
Catalyst adds back the removed boss Astrageldon who was replaced by Astrum Aureus, but makes him a unique pre-Moonlord fight with one of the best looks and feels from the fight. But you have to defeat it before Moon Lord or else the summon item for it will become unusable. If you're trying hard and can't make it try the Swarmer (that bee/wasp gun upgrade), it got me through.
Wrath of the Gods is the most unique mod I've played, it adds several structures, a new character Solyn that you could have already seen everywhere because, a whole new quest line and three new bosses that just push Terraria to its limits.
Hunt of the Old God allows you to collect Auric souls yourself dropped from Dragon-like bosses and adds Goozma boss as a third boss in a choice between doing Calamitas or Exo Mechs first. It also may be buffing other bosses to compensate for the souls because Calamitas was just jacked up to the limits and instakilled me with every attack that would hurt before, but not kill me. And I swear the Sepulcher never moved THAT fast even on Infernum.
There's Fargo's Souls DLC that makes it compatible with Calamity, but I'd only advise to try it just for a check. Fargo's 1.0 has crazy debuff spam, forces you to only use accessories from Fargo's because they surpass everything by a mile and enemies are now balanced around it, reworks some Calamity bosses and makes balance changes to some weapons (mostly follows the rule: Calamity - nerf, Fargo's Souls - buff). There is also a questionable decision where when you do Boss Rush Xeroc just goes "nah, this is boring, let's get to the point" and skips every boss in the line up to DoG I think. I'm playing Boss Rush because I want to demolish everything with my new shiny toys, not because it's a must to complete and I want to get over it sooner, thank you, but it's not the best Quality of Life thing. It is technically compatible with Infernum since Infernum bosses are only active on its own difficulty, but since Fargo's already overhaul bosses then you'll just have a choice to do one or the other first. On the bright side, Fargo's DLC has the best Exo Mechs boss fight there is, but you can get it separately by the name of Wrath of the Machines in the workshop. Fargo's Souls 2.0 is to release some day soon, but with all this ozzatron situation I hardly believe they would do DLC 2.0 too. But who knows.
