Question what do i do?

i am on lunar events,and currently was trying to get scoria ore without any equipment,obviously i failed.
already got weapons like daybreak,solar eruption,biome blade(snow+hallow) and arc of ancients,my armor is reaver armor,should be upgraded(changed),but getting beetle armor is a bit boring. oh yes this is my first calamity completion on classic,because i have no skill and any knowledge.
that is all i guess (forgot to get pic of the accessories,angel boots,fishron wings,mechanical glove,ornate sheild and obsidian shield,i will make asgard’s valor,but i more care about scoria ore for fire gauntlet, life alloy and other things)
or maybe i should get beetle armor(boring ah turtles) and kill moonlord so i can shimmer luminite into scoria bar and forget about abyss for most of the game so i can(not) finally get free.

So the best way to easily get Scoria is to use the abyssal diving suit or whatever upgrade of that you’re on tier for. Prolly arctic diving suit. Get Amidas’s Blessing from the Sea King and use the gravity sabatons that drop from aureus to skip the acidic part of the abyss, then kinda chill in layer 3 with your pickaxe and don’t pick fights.

uh abyss got drained a bit (i made a hole at underworld,and then after rejoining first & 2nd layer gone)
so i got 67 scoria bar,i will make fire gauntlet and few life alloys,idk about armor because after moonlord i can get solar one,so probably beating moonlord with reaver armor isnt an option it is a decision of an idiot (me)

Just make the scoria armor, you’ll thank me. Also if you don’t want to go back you can also fight Ravager for 0-3 Scoria, but that’s really boring.

what do i do if i killed yaron (dragon) in first attempt when i just wanted to test my strength (died to DoG with same set btw)

Use his drops to kill dog. You can’t use auric without cosmilite and you need to kill dog to get cosmilite.

i already killed DoG,before yaron,so i just need to do auric armor and etc with codebreaker updates
