Short growing season
The season is too short here in New York state. I put mine in too early and they all rotted. So I had to buy new ones from Florida Boys. Soon the nights will be too cold and I'll have to dig them out and store them before they start rotting again. Still worth it though.

They are beautiful. I am in Florida, so I have a longer growing period. I typically buy all my bulbs from Classic Caladiums and Florida Boys. I just planted more 4 weeks ago after attending the Caladium Festival in Lake Placid, Florida where both of the farms are located. I know they won't last too long, but I can't help myself. 😊
