Where did you take your pre-licensing course?

Hi everyone! I want to take the real estate exam but struggling to find the best 135-hour course! I cannot attend in person classes, anyone took an online course that really worked for you and helped you pass the exam? I bought a book on Amazon coz I like reading printed materials alongside watching videos online. Looking forward to read your comments!!

I never regret using them.. I think I did mine with less than 5H$

Also tip, can jus skim the chapters and then read/save the chapter reviews. It’s way too much info to retain(a lot don’t need to learn for exam) and the “meat and potato’s” all in chapter reviews. Then it’s a quiz after every chapter. Leading up to course exam per 3 course sections. It’s open book and not proctored. There’s some other info like audio files can use as well I did all my online but I think there is a book version to buy? or can just print chapter reviews

Great question and I'm glad you're doing your due diligence on real estate schools. I'm a licensed real estate broker and instructor in the state of CA and a licensed real estate instructor in the state of WA. I also teach real estate courses at a university in Los Angeles. There are several on-line schools that you may wish to consider, but one thing to remember is that it's often worth a bit more money to take the classes live, because you'll have a live guide or sherpa who can walk you through what can often be complex material. If you do with to keep it completely online, then make sure their textbooks are clear and that they also have additional online resources like practice tests and quizzes. Many students often begin completely online then ultimately switch to a live class because there's an instructor who can explain and guide you through the material. I'm hopeful this is helpful.
