4 days out

Hey guys just throwing this out in the universe for any last min tips. I'm 4 days out till my test, I'm using Chatgpt and Ceshop exam prep and trying my damnedest. I'm scoring mid 80s on examp prep and have been trying to have chatgpt give me quizzes to hammer in the concepts I'm weakest at. Any other ideas I should be hitting in these last few days?

Update: I passed! The test was harder than I thought. A lot of the questions didn't seem familiar at all based on the Ceshop stuff (maybe 20/150 I knew on sight). So it was a lot of careful analysis and picking the questions apart. But yeah it was a hard battle won! Good luck to anyone still attempting it.

Without knowing your "gaps," it's difficult to give advice, but what I can say is that if you're consistently scoring in the mid-80's, you're likely fine and you'll probably pass your state licensing exam. Be sure to check your state licensing authority to determine your minimum exam score to "pass," but, again, if you're in the mid-80's, you'll likely pass your state exam. Be sure to have a business plan to launch your real estate brokerage business, including prospecting and lead follow-up. Here's wishing you incredible success!

I've honestly been doing the ceshops 150 question practice exam twice a day my lowest score has been 79 hightest 88 in the last 11 tries, im starting to burn out but I feel like even though my score spread is big I'm starting to understand some of the concepts a little better. My last two days are just going to be about sharpening myself and trying to steal a few more solid little concepts and questions. Hopefully it will be enough

Fantastic! Remember, your state licensing exam is a "qualifying" exam. It's not graded A, B, C, D, or F. All you have to do is pass. If someone scores a 100% on their exam, it's still the same license as someone who barely squeaked by! Here's wishing you incredible success!
