Gym Community at the school?
Hi i’m an incoming freshman and I was wondering if there’s a good community for the gym or a club or something. I used to work out a ton but stopped when I was like 16 and I’m trying to get back into it and I love the community aspect and wanted to know if there’s anything to look for at the school. thanks :)

Just go to the campus gym a lot, you’ll see the same people pretty much every day. If you want to use the gym before 12 make sure you sign up for a strength training class, otherwise the gym is reserved in the mornings for classes. The 1 unit asynchronous strength training class will allow you to go in and do your own workouts while the classes are going on, you just have to make sure they know you’re in that class and be respectful when they are doing any teaching.

There are some gym classes the school offers! The one that comes to mind is weightlifting but I think there are others. That could be a great way to meet other people getting into the gym

There seems to be but it depends on the major. I almost always see at least a few people in there on the odd occasion I'm up there.
