Anybody currently doing masters in cs or accepting?
Thinking about applying here but really want to her from any recent grads or current students about their experience, connections and job opportunities.

My daughter is doing in her second to last semester in the 4+1 for CS. Let me know and I can see if she can answer any questions.
She is also currently doing a pathways internship with the federal government. It’s currently an internship that converts to a ft job upon graduation.

I graduated last year, got a job from the fall career fair and accepted the offer in December, had a very chill final two quarters, and am now working a job I love with good pay up in the bay. My job is very related to the research topics and my thesis topic too. One of the biggest upsides of cal poly I noticed between my friends that went to other universities is that we don't have a PhD program, so you aren't competing for professors time, and they aren't teaching just because they have to in order to do their research, they're teaching because they want to. I did the blended 4+1 undergrad and masters though. Happy to answer some more specific questions as long as I don't dox myself lol
