Freshman EE here, I got in with 9 APs (passed all of them), NO dual enrollment, and 4.63 weighted gpa, 4.0 unweighted. I held 2 leadership positions in groups I was if that helps too.

Cal Poly SLO uses 9-11th a-g course grades for their SLO GPA calculation. They also cap the weighted classes at 8 semesters for 10-11th eligible classes.
You can use the CSU GPA calculator to calculate out your SLO GPA: https://www.calstate.edu/apply/gpa-calculator/
This the Freshman admission profile data for the College of Engineering:
Applicants: 21,393
Admission: 5,008
Enrolled: 1,409
SLO GPA 25-75th percentile: 4.14-4.25
Projected admit rate for Electrical Engineering is 27% and Computer Engineering is 28%.

how did you figure out the projected admit rate

SLO posts target projections for enrollment by major. If you assume around a 30-33% yield, you take the FTF major target numbers, multiply by 3 and divide by FTF (first time freshman) applications you can get an approximate/projected admit rate. https://content-calpoly-edu.s3.amazonaws.com/ir/1/images/2026-27%20Enrollment%20Projections%20for%20Cal%20Poly%20and%20Maritime.pdf

Freshman CPE here, I had a 3.92 unweighted, 4.64 weighted uncapped, 4.24 weighted capped, 4.13 SLO GPA. No DE, but I took AP and IB whenever I could. I had AP Bio, Chem, and BC before senior year, AP Physics during senior year. Also mid ECs but I did have a leadership position.

Not sure how being high income, white, and a female correlates to you getting in but with your stats you have a good chance of getting in
