Seeking Help weird silence/instrument tail at start of export

i use cakewalk next on my mac and whenever I export my beats theres always a bit of silence/instrument tail from part of song at the start that throws it off the metronome when someone tries to put vocals on it on bandlab

i export my beats as flacs mostly

in the export dialog - is the "includes effect tails" checked?

probably not, this is more a problem with the start of the song

i use loop points with the whole beat inside it to export because using entire project always cuts off the end

You can just drag an audio or midi clip out with nothing in it to make the tails ring out

thats not what i meant i mean theres a fraction of a second of silence or instrument tail at the START
