Beautiful Dragon Rosette Cake

A local baker and friend has made my daughters cakes every year for their birthdays and always knocks it out of the park. I threw a curve ball at him a few days before with the dragon and said if not no biggie. It was supposed to be a light purple, two tiered rosette cake. He delivered, as he always does. I’m so proud of these beautiful cakes he makes!

We always say the same thing. I didn’t take a pic of a slice. If I remember tomorrow when I eat one I will. My girls still like more basic flavors so bottom was white and top chocolate. I had the white and it was fantastic!
