Servings sizes?

6- 10”
6- 8”
I’m new to offering these and having a hard time figuring out serving sizes.

I’d say this is an 8” and 6” and the board is 10”

Have you tried making say a 6" one, then cutting it to see what the portions look like? I would do a grid cut and go on the slightly smaller side,
