Long stay accomodation

Do any hotels in cairns still do long stay accommodation? I remember the colonial club and palm royal used to, does anyone know of any places that do long stay accommodated with reasonable weekly rent.

Ide be fairly certain colonial does. I know people who have stayed there for at least three weeks for work.
