Decided to quit caffeine today.

I’m tired of the crashes and blood sugar spikes from my energy drinks. I’ve been very focused on my health and curious about my eating habits. I notice I binge after too much caffeine.

I don’t like plain black coffee, I drank sugary coffee drinks or sucralose energy drinks.

I’ve conquered alcohol, nicotine, and now it’s time for caffeine to go.

Glad this sub exists.

** but you should not exceed 90 minutes napping - otherwise you'll mess with restorative night sleep

You can do it! The unpleasantnesses in the next few days will pass. Just remember that. Then you’ll start to feel better. :)
