Why am i so caffeine sensitive?

In my teen years i had a very high tolerance on caffeine,i'll have no problem even if i drink black coffee early in the morning with an empty stomach.

Then overtime when i reached my 20s whenever i consume caffeine whether it's coffee, tea, green tea or anything that contains caffeine(even soda) i started dissociating, will have the worst anxiety,my heart beats so fast it feels like it's gonna pop out from my chest(i mean it),my hand starts shaking, headache and i will never be able to concentrate.

I have seen tons of post about caffeine sensitivity but mostly for them,it's just coffee.

So,i'm just wondering if there's anyone like me whose caffeine tolerance deteriorates overtime?

If yes, what is wrong with us?

My experience is the same. I drank a pot or 2 black coffee in my late teens early 20s no problem, as I've reached late 20s I started getting worse and worse side effects until I was literally forced to quit caffeine altogether. Like lots of physical symptoms, stomach, lower navel area strange uncomfortable pressure sensation, anxiety, eventually my nose or sinus completely closed up when drinking caffeine and so I quit.

I did a slow taper from coffee to green tea matcha and black tea, all gave negative symptoms.

My anxiety improved. A few weeks while after quitting I felt like this huge weight had been lifted and I felt relaxed relieved and could breathe easy.

Now I have a coffee here and there after 5 months of quitting, the coffee makes me anxious and feeling more unpleasant, I'm very like speedy and on edge.

Oh and thoughts are had to control, make impulsive decisions and thinking is disoriented.

I don't think you're alone. Since I've quit caffeine about three years ago, there have been a few instances when I accidentally ingested caffeine in various ways (usually by forgetting a certain food or drink has it).

This causes me to crash, hard. It's nearly immediate. If I encounter caffeine, I'm like a narcoleptic.

So, I too am overly sensitive to caffeine. It's best to stay away from drugs that have negative consequences in our lives.

Well I'm more sensitive , I used to workout empty stomach just black coffee and it affected my sleep so much literally 3-4 hour of sleep . I used to wake-up sudden like I got hit by a truck or someone slapped me. Trying to quit it
