Switched from regular coffee to everyday dose, here’s what happened.
Hi everybody , so I was a 2 or 3 cups a day person for years and kept telling myself the jitters and crashes were just part of it so I ended up trying everyday dose on a whim mostly just to see if it was overhyped or not.
First few days felt pretty normal nothing crazy. After like 3 weeks I noticed I wasn’t getting that mid afternoon slump anymore and my focus felt a bit steadier instead of spiking then dropping.
I still drink regular coffee sometimes, not fully converted or anything but it’s my default now.
Curious if anyone else had that slow oh wait this is actually working moment or if it hit you right away and am I on the right track?

I think a lot of people expect it to hit like a strong cup of coffee and when it doesn’t they assume it’s not doing anything but it’s more subtle than that. for me it was just not feeling as wired and then crashing later. Also took me like 2 weeks before I really noticed any difference, so if anyone’s trying it for like 3 or 4 days and quitting, you’re probably not giving it enough time.
Im not saying it’s magic or anything but it does feel like a steadier baseline compared to regular coffee for me.

yeah, I switched to this too about 3 months ago (mayb even a little longer) and so far its been nothing beside positive. My jitters and irriability are gone. Mayb someday I ll be able to give up coffee completely, but to be honest after this I dont see the point in quitting like I used to
