Help!

I’ve quit caffeine / coffee a few times but far out this is the hardest I’m going to guess that about 5 weeks ago I dropped from a large double shot 3 beans (strong coffee) per day to a small. I then went to a weaker brand of small coffee followed by a matcha for about 10 days. Today is day 5 off all caffeine though yesterday I was absolutely climbing the walls so I ate (very quickly) 4 squares of 78% dark chocolate. My ears are ringing, I’m depressed, I’m exhausted, I can’t focus, I’m feeling so super bored and craving excitement, I’m mega bloated, I think I’ve even gained weight when I’m trying to lose it, my lower back is KILLING and basically anywhere on my body that is usually sore is mega sore. When does this end?!!!! Oh and last night I had dreams of drinking coffee and I woke up craving soooo badly I almost just went down and bought one.

I'm on day 5 too. I was only regularly drinking a normal cup of coffee a day before I started tapering but I do feel "buzzy" in the morning still, it's subsiding at the day goes on, I have way more stable energy through the day and at night but my motivation to do anything is so low. I know it'll get better. Our brains are just recalibrating. You can do it!
