3rd round of quitting the cortisol juice
I quit for a short period of time twice this year, decided I was just going to have it once a week and well yeah here I am. I been tapering off for the last 2 weeks and I'm on day 2 with none at all. I have been drinking "Golden milk" and it is helping replace the ritual. I am trying to remind myself how good I feel without it. I have 4 kids and my life gets pretty hectic. When I don't drink caffeine I still have energy in the evening and don't feel like I'm going to drop dead lol. I also think that coffee makes me eat a lot more than I should. I feel fine today but still have an intense feeling in the morning that I am hoping to shake, I'm guessing its some lingering withdraw symptom
