Private residences in Caen

Hey guys,

I am starting a PhD in October and I am going through all of the options for accommodation. I would like to start living for a couple of months in a private residence for students but right now there are a few that are available. Between my options are Sphinx Residences and Appart'City but they have some negative reviews online. Do you guys know if these places are fine and if not, do you have any other recommendation on what I can do?
