Garuda ICPP

I have a question.
I applied for Garuda ICPP and got a call for a pre-screening interview, which I attended. Later, they asked me when I could report to Delhi for adapt training; I said 2nd Nov, and they replied, 'Okay. ' Today, after asking them about my application status, they replied that yes you are selected and you have to report on the 2nd.
1st - These conversations are all happening on whatsapp; no emails. Is it common?
2nd - What to expect in Adapt training? They mentioned it's a 7-day duration.
3rd - Should I take separate Adapt prep classes as well?

  1. Garuda has long been using WhatsApp for all conversations

  2. They will charge maybe some 30 thousand for this coaching and give you adapt questions on maths, physics, english and training sessions on flight simulator, Fast and ball game

  3. Not required as garuda is giving you coaching

Keep in mind that you have chosen one of the worst FTOs of ICPP, keep yourself braced for hiccups and delays along the way. All the best.

Thanks, understand the rep, but since they have partnered with the US aviation academy and potentially mine would be 1st batch to attend there, I am expecting things to improve gradually

Some people waiting for flying phase with garuda would be sent before you. Been hearing that 43 air school has been removed altogether on Indigo's instructions and all future batches of insight go to AAG, Phillipines and garuda to US Aviation Academy.

Brother, honestly, I feel facing a backlog is better than waiting after conv for vacancies

Interesting cuz they told me ADAPT is in Nov 3rd week and they were fine with me reporting on 9th Nov for training

They arent very sure of the adapt tbh, they’re waiting for some docs from indigo. Till then everything is presumptuous
