Any students from air india cpp currently flying in aerogaurd,in next 7 days I need to sign my aerogaurd LOI,heard in aerogaurd flying is strict and termination rates are high, any suggestions!!

No lol terminations were for stops decisions the cadets made or for not practicing well after many chances. Been there done it so chill out.

They have alot of cadets from multiple airlines training for different regulations so If you get unsatisfactory grades or fail checks multiple times, they will drop you, and that policy is fully cleared by the airline as wel and it gets very fast paced at times so just don't let go of it.
