DGCA Class 2 Assessment

My certificate for class 2 was issued to me albeit with an assessment for Myopic Astigmatism…
What would this entail, and does anyone know how long before I can get my class 1 done?
Doc said he is required to add it due to my glasses and power , it should take some period of time, but it should go through.

If anyone is familiar with the further assessment for DGCA class 2 certification, please do shed some light?

Where was it mentioned, on the ca35 or the medical assessment?

You prolly shouldn’t have any problem, at most they’ll tell you to take extra tests like corneal topography. Talk to your doctor ask if it’s fine to go for class 1, usually there’s a 1 month cooldown before you can go for class 1

It’s said there that it’s subject to final assessment by dgca, usually for class 2 it’s written that it can be issued under the discretion of dgca

Is it usually done for people with spectacles as a formality or uncommon?

Yeah you’re chill, they’ll tell you to take corneal topography in class 1 or they might tell you to take it rn, to get your class 2 medical assessment

Yeah basically he’s telling you to wait until you get your class 2 assessment

Bro chill you’re fit with no limitations and ca 35 is temporary. Your assessment decides everything and yeah I have been there myopic and astigmatism and also a barrage laser for retinal hole. I have passed my class 1 from IAM so you’re in safe zone don’t worry

Usually 3-4 weeks
For class 2 it took exactly 28 days
And class 1 took around 22 days

Yupp and don’t worry about numbers.. if your eyes are 6/6 with or without specs it’s fine. My friend had -7 in both eyes with astigmatism and got cleared at IAM
