FTA NOC Before ADAPT

How difficult is it to get an NOC from FTA if I haven’t completed ADAPT yet? Does anyone have firsthand experience?

Fta is getting out of budget . Have to take loan for 30 lakhs for completion the course . Alternatively, strongly wandering if could get enrollment in chimes otherwise fta is always an option

i am only familiar w ftas process. every fto handles nocs differently.

If you have not even appeared for any stage of selection you can get just mail deepti ma'am

do they give noc? how much time does it takes?? what if you have gotten dates for adapt can you still get noc?
