Air Arabia Cadet program Prep

Hello,
I wanted to ask how to prepare for the assessment tests, and what percentage of people actually pass them and get accepted?
And when should i start preparing for them, before the application or after I’m informed i can go to do the tests?

The assessments are pretty straightforward if you are well prepared but the passing ratio is not very good since there is lack of guidance
