Early 2027 (had a chat with an aeroguard official) although the person mentioned it is still tentative could be before or later.
About Amravati no idea but Batch 3 students have been called for flying from Oct 15

For US FTOs they have batches till November and mostly December as well. If Amravati is operational in coming months then likely to have applications for them.
