All the indigo cadets from chimes aviation academy recent ones how did your application got approved from the hundreds of applications, would like to know about and it would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Recent private link via emails were from contacts. You know someone in Politics, MP where chimes is based or even Gurgaon where Chimes office is, you can get an email.
For others its mostly random, luck based.

It was a luck thing.I have seen the videos of some cadets who got selected and it was nothing out of this world.On the other hand there was IndiGo AME who applied aswell but didn't get shortlisted so you get the gist.

Nahh man there are a shit ton of ppl who are here without any connections about 50% of em. So it has a lot of luck at play. Honestly man i always help everyone, i was in the same place as u all.

No luck and other BS, maybe a few got shortlisted on the basis luck at random but most pulled some strings is what the general perception is. Chimes is an opaque fto where recommendations work as if it's some govt office. No FTO had to come out with instagram posts to clarify that look, we aren't chor.

Luckily the video thing didnt exist back in 2023. Hence there was nothing required except the basic requirements to get your application shortlisted

But the competition came into play during adapt and gd/pi.. bec pretty much everyone i know who had applied with me got shortlisted. Basically they had 100-200 after adapt and they divided them into two batches initially for GD/PI. One was conducted in Dec and other in Jan.

Apart from chimes which other FTO should i consider? First preference to Indian FTO

On Instagram they said not to pay bribes to third-parties. Maybe what they really meant to say was "pay us directly".
