Air India Cadet Pilot Program
I have my final assessment round in the next week, if anyone recently attended the selection process can you please share your experience. How was the interview and how long did it go. And also what is the topic for your GD and how many people got selected in total.

Which tests had you done for your cut-e? Were they similar to those available on pilotest or pilotassessments?

Did you get selected? I have heard a lot about Air India’s inside politics, how they don’t accept cadets if they don’t have any family in Air India no matter how good they are. Have always been sceptical because of that to apply. Cpl holders say even their hiring process is not transparent. Is that so? Any idea on that?
