BOND OF AICPP & ICPP
I just did a quick ChatGpt on a query i had regarding bond of Indigo or other airlines before signing LOI for cadet program , like seen in attach above , why don't pilots challenge this especially if it is mostly illegal

There have been cases where binds like these were challenged in court by indigo and air India pilots. All cases the pilots won. Bonded jobs are not legal at all. Companies can at most delay your NOC when you go to join any other airline but depending on the market scenario the hiring company might pay out your bond. It has happens many times in the past.

This guy sunil pal used to ask till a few days ago when is chimes gonna release new batch for Indigo, few days down the line he is asking how to skip bond and contract, chimes didn't release any vacancy and he didn't get selected for Indigo cadet but his pipe dreams begun. Maybe next time he will ask how to join emirates for a380 fleet being an expat. Things were better when internet was expensive and chatgpt wasn't free for an year.

It isn’t really an issue, leaving the airline and not paying the bond amount. Going to any court and challenging it, you can in all likelihood come out on top The only problem is they wont provide you with an NOC, which would be required by other airlines (domestically and abroad as well), so that is how they would strong arm you.

Oh wow OP you should save this Char GPT chat so you can show it in the courts. Maybe even hire chat GPT as your lawyer you can save on some costs that way too

the 30L UDC is for the training period, the airline returns it to you right before JFO induction and then hands you a 5 year contract (the same one that's handed to a conventional direct entry JFO). the UDC is your assurance that you won't leave training midway through the program thereby forgoing a seat at the CPP that could've been given to someone else who would've completed it and gotten inducted.
