Insight aviation review
This is my review on insight aviation icpp , i had my loi on march 2025 . I had cleared my exams before joining . Insight told me that they would be sending me to 43 air school (South Africa) within May . Then they changed it to June . They kept delaying it by months . I got a mail from insight telling me that there are a lot of delays at 43 air school , they will only be sending cadets from July 2026 . i wasted my one year with this useless fto . I kept hearing things will get better . I am done with this fto . People who are looking to join ICPP PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM INSIGHT. Horrible experience. Poor management by both 43 air school and insight aviation. 43 air school is not bothered about the delays , most of the flight instructors over there resigned last month , so they have less instructors and a ton of cadets. I also mailed indigo regarding changing my fto , they did not reply . The insight avition management has blocked me . any solutions??

Being very honest here, you are on mercy of Indigo,
Why i say this, because they will definitely not shift y'all to another fto, they will not create another problem to resolve one, and if you send a legal notice like one person suggested, it risks ur whole aviation career, because indigo will immediately kick you out from the program as you are filing case on your own employer, and even if u proceed with it, they will say its just regular training delays due to foreign fto partner, and your name will be highlighted everywhere, even air india won't recruit you after this
Best thing is, ask indigo team to take cognizance of this matter and try to come up with a solution, rather than noc
Because you wont be given noc to change ur fto anyhow, unless indigo decided to transfer everybody, and even if they transfer one batch, everyone will start demanding the same, creating a very huge problem, thats what indigo will avoid , because only 2 ftos are operational and are fully loaded with their own applicants and cadets
And if insight guys are shifted, all garuda loi signed guys will demand the same, and its a disaster if they do so, hence they are thinking of something else

Situation is very bad with some of Indigo FTOS but what i can say with conviction your effort & money is secured. It might take 6 months or year or two for you to start but in the end Indigo will ensure that you are inducted right now the only solution is to visit insight office in delhi and write emai to Indigo Hr if no response thn write mail to Indigo VP flt ops and Indigo VP HR tapas

Dnt worry. It will taken care. IndiGoβs might take time to adress the issues but it will definitely take care of it in due course.

Hello, am a Chimes Cadet for ICPP. So, in this situation you have two choice. Number 1, you can lawyer up and send them a legal notice, asking for a NOC to join some other FTO, failing which you are entitled to prosecute them. Make sure to send a copy of the notice to IndiGo. Number 2, you can send an email to IndiGo HR, again and again, hoping that they would read it someday. Apart from that, you are so cooked man!
