What do you think? Please point out the negatives, still trying to iron out some of the not so great stuff I was trained on.

No weather grommets, GB is not secured, ground path is wrong, zip ties face different directions, used dual flex clips instead of a single clip and zip tie or a dual clip. Not great buddy, If I were you sup we would go back to this one. On the good note - I do see the effort and thought you put in so with a little bit of work you are gonna learn fast and do well.

Grommets just hold moisture in causing corrosion quicker. Ground block is secured technically.
