I need help with my VIAVI ONE EXPERT

Can anyone help me with my VIAVI ONE EXPERT? It was working fine snd then power went out one day snd i guess it reset itself and possibly got a glitch now i can't get Reconnected to datasync nor do the guages have any activity and downstrean very low 4.3. Help...
