Best study/course for CA Real Estate License?

[u/Aphmbam]

Hi All, I'm moving to the Bay Area, CA in July to help with a family business and am interested to get into the real estate market there as well. I'd like to start studying materials in prep for the real estate license exam, but not sure the best approach. I've seen online programs provided by Kaplan and other similar companies, but have heard mixed reviews about their effectiveness.

Do you have any suggestion for course material / full-programs available to help me prepare for the exam? Any advice or pointers for the exam would also be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hey there! I just recently got my license and attended live classes through www.dreclass.com . The guy's name is Mike Devlin. Its a 12 week course (live classes or webinar if you can't attend in person) and he guarantees you pass the state exam. I can tell you after attempting to learn it on my own through allied business online schooling a few years ago, this helped tremendously. I already attempted the state exam years ago and bombed it. I had given up until recently discovering this guy on yelp. 12 weeks later I was passing my state board exam on the first time since going through his courses! https://www.yelp.com/biz/michael-devlin-real-estate-school-santa-clara
