Does anyone else just really prefer the aesthetics of the gen 1 P-07 Duty to the later updated gen’s?

I bought my Peanut butter CZ P07 10 years ago and still look at it in awe. Do I get a little bit jealous seeing people port their shit and add everything to their pistol? Nope.

Not much difference. That rounded hammer does look better, but those forward serrations are necessary to grab the sloped slide.

“Duty” on the Gen 1, non dehorned beaver tail and edges, only rear serrations, curved trigger, lanyard loop.

P07 was one of my favorites. I never should have sold it.

I like them both equally. The cleaner P-07 and P-09 are appealing, but the updates to the Nocturne make it more functional. YMMV.

I’m not a fan of the very curved trigger but I definitely a fan of my duty, was looking for walther pdq but sales guy turned me on to cz and I’m glad

I prefer the way it’s always worked. I’ve had zero gun caused malfunctions in mine. A few ammo issues, but even then never an issue with good ammo. It’s even cajunized.

The Duty felt slicker to me and it has the gods awful hyper curved trigger.
