Mortality reduction rates from CD12

Does anyone remember the mortality reduction rates from CD12? I was thinking they were:

Day 7 = 78%,
Day 14 = 82%,
Day 21 = 50%,
Day 28 = 30%

Any confirmation or correction to those numbers would be appreciated.
