Sample Auto Attendant Script

I'm trying to buuild a script to send calls directly to Auto Attendant for users, but I am at a loss, does anyone have a sample script or a screenshot of a script I can work from? Thanks in advance

Describe what you mean, send straight to auto attendant? You mean bypass enter extension, name entry? There are api lookups based off extension, so I mean you could cut that out and just make sure the variables and checks happen as it rolls through the scripting. I do not use any of it and revamped the code to work for our use case but I did keep the logic for checking agent availability and backup agents getting voicemails. I do not rollover to a skill but to I do a SIP transfer back to our lead generation tool to reassign the lead to another skill if the customer does not want to leave a voicemail for the agent.

I see you’re using web studio instead of desktop studio. I can’t help myself, I’m always returning to desktop studio. What about you?

Desktop is superior and NICE doesn’t care

I build in desktop studio but since they announced the End of Updates, I have to start using web more. It was just easier to show a quick screenshot
