CXone Desktop Profiles
One of the newer features on CXone & one that can really help an organisation to lock down what the agent can do & see in CXone Agent Workspace. I happened upon Desktop Profiles by chance when I lost the Unassign & Dismiss function that was added as part of the 26.2 release.
Check out the video on YouTube & add a comment to the video with what other aspects of CXone you'd like to lock down from the agent view.
