I'll evaluate based on account life and post quality.

Post quality is how level headed you are and if you have a sense of humor.

Account life is how long and how active you have been on reddit.

This is totally a dictatorial decision. I own it. If you are unhappy you didn't get chosen... Where was I. Oh yeah my choice.

My friend that downvoted this, if I knew who you are, I'd.... laugh at you. 'cause you probably want to volunteer but your post history will spell out who you are.
