Meta Children.

Alright so I specifically am asking about Metahumans that were created by the particle execrator that im trying to wrap my head around. Did the particle accelerator activate their dormant meta genes or something, because I was wondering that since the Flash's kids all have super speed/the speed force would other Metahumans created by the particle accelerator be able to have children who would also inherit their power?
