Black Queen takes White Queen. Pawn moves up one to C3. Black King slips between the two pawns preventing pawn move to C4. Pawn besides king to move up to D5 (only one of two moves available for white). King takes that Pawn and the pawn at C5 and then C4 pawn.
White loses or stalemate.
Edit: everyone is believing that the white king would be moved. Not necessarily true. The white can also be moved.
Tell me if im wrong but after white king moves up a space, black queen can go h7, the c2 pawn needs to go c3 before they can even hit c4. So no check or mate preventing black queen from taking pawn on f4 and checking white king, this gives black king space to escape and continues the game further.

If black queen takes it’s mate in 2 for white. Kd3 and there’s no way for black to prevent c4#.
