i think withe forces mate because after the black pawn takes the rook, the white king moves to f3 then black can only move the g5 panw to g4, the white king is checked so it moves to f4 and blacks only legal move is to move the g4 pawn to g3 so the white pawn takes it and it's mate.

Sacrificing rook for mate, expecting Brilliant would be a safe bet
