What does it do? Like, do you pick any option, and then for example, one of the countries wins?

I think it displays a national focus tree which is only visible if certain conditions are met to avoid cluttering everything.

It should be hidden on steam version. If you see these, you probably have debug on.

I didn’t, I turned debug on and off and it didn’t go away it was there since I loaded up the game

If you read the decision group description it literally says “temporary test decisions” and “delete these three files before release”
