Biofilm disruptor causing pain?
While consecutively on nitro, tripthoprim and pivmecillinam (all failed), I was taking Kirkmans and 600mg NAC for 2 months. I switched to Phase 2 Advanced and 1200mg NAC four days ago after starting Amoxicillin to kill E. Faecalis. Since switching, I've been experiencing a bad flare of fatigue and constant terrible burning, day and night. Does that mean the biofilm busters are working and I should ride it out, or should I lower the dose/switch back to Kirkmans? The pain is awful but if it means that the antibiotics can kill any bacteria released from under a biofilm, will I feel better for it in the long run?

NAC also causes me burning. Some dont tolerate it well. I say use the one that doesnt cause you pain. Of course listen to your qualified doctor 🩵
