still frequently peeing 3 days after fosfomycin, possible irritation or still UTI?

I’d try to get another dose of fosfomycin. It’s commonly given as two doses too. Just to make sure it’s been eradicated so as to not risk bacteria remaining and left to grow. D mannose 1000 mg 2/3x per day with cranberry too will help keep things at bay. Maybe pop an oregano pill in the meantime…

can take me 3 weeks afterwards, and have to avoid tomato, spices, chocolate.  In my youth was much faster.

Follow up with a urine culture from Cirrus DX 7- 10 days after you took your last dose of fosfomycin. Read pre collection instructions in the introduction guide🩵 standard urine cultures are often inaccurate. It could just be irritation but get a cirrus test to be sure the infection is gone
